A London-based and award-winning journalist, Reni Eddo-Lodge has written for The New York Times, The Voice, The Daily Telegraph, The Guardian, The Independent, and The Stylist. The laureate of the Women of the World Bold Moves Award and the MHP 30 to Watch Award, she was one of the Top 30 Young People in Digital Media by The Guardian in 2014. She contributed to The Good Immigrant. Her first book, Why I'm No Longer Talking to White People about Race (translated into Polish by Anna Sak for Karakter) made it onto the Sunday Times bestseller list, as well as winning the 2018 Jhalak Prize and the 2018 British Book Award for Narrative Non-Fiction. It also was the Foyles’ and the Blackwell's Non-Fiction Book of the Year. It was also longlisted for the Baillie Gifford Prize and the Orwell Prize, and shortlisted for the Books Are My Bag Readers Award for Non-Fiction.
