Antonia Lloyd-Jones translates Polish literature into English. She is a winner of the Transatlantyk 2018 award, she has translated works of leading modern novelists such as P. Huelle and O. Tokarczuk, reportages by M. Szczygieł and W. Jagielski, amongst others, essays, poems and books for children. For seven years she has been a mentor of beginning translators under the National Writers Centre mentoring programme. She’s a former co-chairperson of the British Translators Association.
