Cooking workshop inspired by 
the cuisine of Jane Austen

The participants of the cooking classes during this year’s festival are going to prepare some exceptional dishes. The 2019 National Chef of the Year, Jakub Winkowski will show them how to combine traditional English recipes inspired by Jane Austin’s works with Polish ingredients which can be found in Sopot. Victorian flavours will interact with the friendly seaside resort atmosphere, which is bound to result in some tasty combinations.
